I live in Grantsville, Utah and I am 73 years old. My interest in art started in the 80's. I was involved with a charity called American Paralysis, then Christopher Reeves Paralysis located in Laguna Beach, California. Several of the fundraisers included local artists willing to donate their art to fund research to cure paralysis.
I moved in 1991 and began my art adventure tole painting. I enjoyed it so much I took water color classes and art history at UVU. I enjoy making greeting cards for fun. One year for Christmas I painted some flowers and used them for family presents. My family was impressed with my talent and encouraged me to continue.
My love for my horses created an interest in drawing. I enjoy water colors, colored pencils and pencils. It's so easy to carry a pad and pencils which is why I draw in black and white. I still love art and am inspired by photos I take or see. That is the inspiration I use to create my art work.

At Deseret Peak Pottery, I have always had a passion for creating beautiful things. Centering clay on a wheel helps me to center my life and is a mindful hobby in this hectic world. I love to share the beautiful pots I make with friends and family and anyone who loves the beauty of the handmade functional art.

Hello! My name is Kristy Craig. My husband, Will, and I have lived in Tooele County for the last 24 years. I grew up in Nyssa, Oregon, and Will is originally from Owensboro, Kentucky. Together, we're the proud parents of eight wonderful children.
I have always a had passion for creating. Even in the midst of raising a large family, I've made it a priority to find time to learn new creative skills. My love for pottery began back in the seventh-grade art class, the first time I ever threw clay on a wheel. Ever since then, I longed for the chance of developing my abilities in wheel throwing. When I finally had the opportunity as an adult to work with clay again, I felt an instant connection.
Between pottery and gardening, my family likes to joke that I just enjoy playing in the mud - and honestly, they might be right!

Jared & Trisha
Meet the Owners
We are Jared and Trisha Richards, the owners of Gradient Print Services. We both grew up in the Salt Lake area, but moved to the Tooele Valley in 2016, and have truly enjoyed our time here. We have loved living in Grantsville, and have cherished all the amazing people we have come to know.
What began as the hope of purchasing a company, quickly turned into starting the business from the ground up due to unforeseen circumstances. Gradient Print Services made its debut at the beginning of 2024, but didn’t actually open with full force until April of 2024. There are so many people who helped us during that time, and we are so grateful for their wisdom, mentoring, expertise, and patience.
Though our background in printing was non-existent before we started, our knowledge has grown immensely, and continues to grow everyday. You, our customers, have been so patient as we try new things to make your projects come to life. It is our goal to constantly be growing and expanding our knowledge and skills in order to meet the needs of each customer, no matter the size of the project. If you have an idea, but don’t know where to go with it, stop by and let’s figure it out together.
